Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) active Account on the ls999 Platform at any time. This rule applies regardless of the device, browser, IP address, or payment method used. Operating multiple Accounts — whether simultaneously or sequentially — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated Accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held within them.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. ls999 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account. Any activity conducted through your Account using your credentials will be treated as authorised by you, whether or not you were personally responsible for that activity.
If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify ls999 support immediately via the 24/7 live chat or by emailing [email protected]. ls999 will investigate and, where appropriate, temporarily suspend the Account pending the outcome of the investigation.
ls999 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point during the lifecycle of your Account — including at registration, prior to processing any withdrawal, and during periodic compliance reviews. KYC verification is a mandatory requirement before any withdrawal exceeding Rp 500.000 will be processed.
ls999 will process submitted KYC documents within 24–48 hours during standard operating hours (09:00–21:00 WIB, seven days a week). During peak periods or public holidays such as Idul Fitri and Chinese New Year, processing times may be extended by up to 72 hours. Deposits made via bank transfer and e-wallet channels are credited to your Wallet within 5 minutes under normal operating conditions, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. USDT deposits are credited after the required number of blockchain confirmations have been received, which typically takes 5–15 minutes depending on network congestion.
Approved withdrawals are processed within 3–10 minutes for bank transfer and e-wallet channels during operating hours (06:00–23:00 WIB). Withdrawal requests submitted outside these hours will be queued and processed from 06:00 WIB the following day. USDT withdrawals are broadcast to the blockchain within 15 minutes of approval.
ls999 does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, fees imposed by your bank, e-wallet provider, or blockchain network are outside ls999's control and are the Member's responsibility. Cryptocurrency gas fees, in particular, vary by network conditions and are deducted from the transfer amount by the network, not by ls999.
ls999 offers a range of promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, weekly cashback, referral rewards, and seasonal promotions timed to Indonesian cultural events such as Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, and Chinese New Year. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published on the relevant promotion page at the time the offer is activated.
Unless a specific promotion explicitly states otherwise, all Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible game categories, and expiry period are stated on each promotion's detail page. Bets placed on games with an RTP above 97% may be weighted at a reduced rate for wagering-requirement purposes.
ls999 employs automated monitoring systems to detect promotional abuse, including but not limited to: claiming bonuses across multiple accounts, low-risk hedging strategies designed to complete wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk, and systematic exploitation of free bet promotions. Any Member found to have engaged in bonus abuse will have their Bonus Funds voided, their Account reviewed, and may be permanently excluded from future promotions.
Bonus Funds that have not been wagered within the stated validity period — typically 7 to 30 days from the date of credit — will expire automatically and be removed from your Wallet without notice. It is the Member's responsibility to review bonus expiry dates in the Account promotions section.
All game outcomes and bet settlements on the ls999 Platform are determined by certified random number generators or by official results from the relevant sporting or lottery authority. Once a round is completed and a result is confirmed, the outcome is final and cannot be reversed except in circumstances of a verified technical error on the Platform's part.
A bet may be declared void — and the original stake returned to your Wallet — in the following circumstances: the event is cancelled or postponed beyond the resettlement window; a data feed error causes an incorrect odds display; or a technical fault interrupts the game round before a result is reached. ls999's decision on void bets is final.
ls999 applies maximum single-event payout limits across all product categories. Current limits are displayed within each product's rules section and may be updated periodically. In the event of a winning bet that would exceed the applicable payout cap, winnings will be paid up to the stated maximum and the excess will not be credited.
ls999 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any sports bet where there is reasonable evidence of match-fixing, insider information, or coordinated syndicate wagering designed to exploit pricing errors. Members who wish to close their Account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting ls999 support via live chat or email. Upon closure, any withdrawable real-money balance will be refunded to the Member's verified payment method within 5 business days, provided KYC requirements have been met. Bonus Funds that have not yet satisfied wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary closure.
Members who wish to exclude themselves from the Platform for responsible gaming reasons may request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, or permanent exclusion.
